Strategic management and development

• Develop and nurture of strategic partnerships and collaborations with domestic and international partners
• Critical analysis of new business opportunities and relationships including their strategic impact alongwith trend mapping of online education sector
• Provide advisory services of long range strategic planning and follow-up on iterations based on changes in academic environment or education policies of Government of India
• Set up Advisory Board meetings at institutional level by connecting a team of advisors with industry stalwarts
• Regularly supervise internal processes in IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Placement and other departments
• Suggest changes in fee structures based on benchmarks and market research
• Provide advisory services in arrangement of funding for operations and actively participate in the process including advising on projections, meetings for raising funds and evaluation of different funding options
• Providing advisory services in maintaining global best practices on cost control / optimization including identification and selection of vendors and to bring about synergies between various operational processes to achieve stated objectives
• Provide advisory services in identifying, evaluating, short-listing und implementing capital investment projects for the institution including professional assistance in periodic review and comparison of their performances with stated objectives
