•Guide faculty in proposal development, grant writing, and project execution.

•Drive high-quality research publications in reputed peer-reviewed and indexed journals.
•Promote patents, technology transfer, innovation, and commercialization of research outcomes.
•Enhance the visibility, citation impact, and global recognition of the University’s research.
4. Teaching & Academic Contribution
•Contribute to teaching at postgraduate and doctoral levels in specialized research domains.
•Develop advanced courses aligned with emerging technologies and research trends.
•Integrate research insights into teaching to strengthen academic excellence.
5. Faculty Mentorship & Research Capacity Building
•Mentor faculty members in research planning, publication strategies, and project acquisition.
•Supervise doctoral scholars and guide research teams.
• Organise workshops, seminars, and training on research methodologies and ethics.
6. Collaboration & Institutional Representation
•Establish and strengthen national and international academic collaborations.
• Build industry partnerships for joint research, consultancy, and innovation initiatives.
•Represent the University in academic conferences, research forums, professional bodies, and collaborative platforms.
7. Governance & Institutional Support
•Contributes to research governance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
•Support accreditation, ranking frameworks, and institutional research assessments.
•Participate in academic committees and strategic institutional initiatives

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and problems related to IT infrastructure, while also implementing preventative measures.
