8. Ensure secure frontend coding practices aligned with enterprise security standards.

10. Mentor junior engineers and raise frontend engineering standards across pods.
11. Collaborate with stakeholders to rapidly build and ship production features.
12. Contribute to observability and performance monitoring for frontend applications.
13. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor or similar) to enhance productivity and quality.
What must you bring?

15. Strong UI/UX fundamentals with hands-on expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
16. Deep expertise in building modular, responsive, unit-testable components for large-scale web applications.
17. Experience implementing state management (NgRx / RxJS / Signals).
18. Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of SDLC and sprint-based delivery models.
19. Experience setting up CI/CD, asset minification, and frontend performance optimization.
20. Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, and backend integration patterns (.NET Core preferred).
21. Experience working in Agile environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub workflows.
22. Ownership mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguity-driven environments.
