* Manage procurement and strategic sourcing for:
* IT Hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, peripherals, networking equipment, etc.)
* Software procurement and licensing
* SaaS / software subscriptions
* AV equipment and collaboration tools
* IT accessories and related services
* Develop and implement category sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements and cost optimization goals.
* Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
* Drive RFx processes including RFI, RFP, RFQ, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
* Ensure timely procurement support for business stakeholders while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and processes.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including IT, Finance, Admin, Legal, and Business teams.
* Analyze spend patterns, identify savings opportunities, and drive value creation initiatives.
* Monitor supplier performance, SLA adherence, and contract compliance.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to IT procurement categories.
* Stay updated with market trends, technology developments, licensing models, and supplier landscape.
* Contribute to process improvement and digitization initiatives within procurement.
* Handle additional indirect procurement categories (if required) such as Facilities, Marketing, Professional Services, Admin procurement, etc.

Job Summary
The Campus Counsellor will be responsible for managing campus walk-ins, counselling prospective students and parents, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills along with the ability to manage campus engagement activities and admission-related events effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Conversion
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, career pathways, and admission processes.
- Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses aligned with their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to maximize conversions.
Walk-in & Campus Management
- Manage daily campus walk-ins and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors.
- Coordinate campus tours and provide detailed program and infrastructure briefings.
- Maintain visitor records, inquiry databases, and counselling reports.
Sales & Admission Support
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Support execution of admission strategies to drive student enrollments.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and admission documentation.
Events & Outreach
- Assist in planning and executing campus events, open houses, workshops, and admission drives.
- Represent the institution during on-campus and off-campus promotional activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth execution of events.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Sales orientation with proven conversion ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple walk-ins and inquiries simultaneously.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales roles.
- Experience in higher education or EdTech admissions will be an added advantage.
