Why?
This program has been designed to develop managerial skills in our Head of Departments - First Time People Managers, to enable them to lead teams effectively. 31 First Time Managers identified through objective assessment are going through this intervention today.

How?
This is a 6 months' journey which has been designed keeping in mind the feedback we received from climate survey we conducted in end of 2018, where the need for managers got articulated to help them to manage and drive performance and hence this program got conceptualised.

What?
The participants undertaking this journey are going through topics like management essentials, purposeful conversation, execution excellence, collaborating to excel, managing changeand we are receiving and overwhelming feedback.
