How?
We launched URJA, to cater to training needs of our employees. To participate in this training, employees nominate themselves or can be nominated by their managers. We also have a process of having conversations with school heads/ functional heads to understand the training needs for the time basis which the annual training calendar is designed. Further as part of the annual appraisal process, employees also share their needs to not only help theme perform better in their current roles, but also to help them grow. HR collects all the data and then basis all the needs - builds the annual training calendar that clearly spells out the bouquet of programs to be offered. This could range from training in excel to team building sessions.

What?
In our first phase of communication and sales training, around 70 employees participated at Delhi and Dehradun. Apart from that many programs have been launched around setting objectives, understanding the OKR process, time management etc.
